Who is Noraimi Liyana.

A petite 31 years old ladygirl, who works as an Engineer and also a certified Fitness Trainer. People called her aimi. The LOVE to fitness world started when she starts her own journey to lose weight in year 2015 and the journey continues with the passion to help others to lose weight thus she decided to be part of JOM KURUS 1 MALAYSIA (JK1M). She holds the role as a JK1M Team Leader in Kepala Batas since JK1M musim-9, and continues to JK1M-10 and JK1M-11.

JOM KURUS 1 MALAYSIA musim ke-4, where her fitness journey started . Started on 14 january 2015 . With Coach Ridzman Rizuwan in Kepala Batas , Penang .
As in how she gained her weight to nearly 60 kg while she was studying in year 2012. A stepping stone to a new life style . a new habit . a new hobby . She started her jk1m4 at early 2015 with an overweight BMI at 55 kg . Then for 6 weeks in jk1m4 she dropped her weight to 47 kg. it was an 8 kg lost. to her. SHE DID an incredibly awesome. Then the weight loss series continued with full commitment in training and good eating habit. As off today, she manages to reach and maintain an ideal BMI at weight of 42 kg.
