I am a weight loss successor. I was once very fat and i have lost over 30kg since then.

Come and lets Kurus with me!! All workouts are specially designed for weight loss program which are suitable for all. Any contestant with injuries or unable to perform certain exercise will be given an easier option also will be guided accordingly.
Training will be 2 to 3 times a week.
Besides, support and guidance for home workout, food intake and diets will be provided.

Q How many times in a week for training?

There will be 2-3 times a week. It is compulsory for contestant to attend at least twice a week.

Q Day and Time?

Tuesday or Thursday: 8.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00 am ( Compulsory Session)

Q Venue

Training will be held at:

- Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras
- Bukit Jalil

Q Duration of training?

1 hour and half to 2 hours.
